In addition, I give my permission for my child, ________________________________ (child's name), to access and participate in all areas and features on WhuddleWorld (www.whuddleworld.com). This includes Clubs, Private Messages, The Blah-Blah-Blah Boards (Public Forums), notifications and newsletters from WhuddleWorld (opt-in/opt-out), lost password emails, participation in contests, events and 3rd party sponsor promotions. In addition I agree and understand that WhuddleWorld is a 'work in progress' and that new features are being released on a regular basis and give permission for my child to access these features as they are released.

I understand that I can request at any time, in writing, to rescind this consent and request to have my child's information removed from WhuddleWorld's databases and records.

PRIVACY POLICY

WhuddleWorld's first goal is to provide a site that is not only fun and entertaining for people of all ages, but safe as well. In keeping with that goal, please read and review our Privacy Policy below.

Collection of Information

General:
WhuddleWorld collects certain basic information from members and visitors to the site. This information includes, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, referring IP addresses (i.e., search engines used to find this site or other sites providing a link to WhuddleWorld), data on pages viewed and the last page viewed on this site, as well as aggregated statistical counts of visits to our site.

Cookies:
We use a software technology called cookies to collect other, non-personal information about visitors to our site. This information includes, but is not limited to type of browser visiting the site, IP addresses and pages visited. We also use cookie technology to provide and display a variety of customized content and user-settable viewing preferences.

Enrollment:
Our enrollment requests visitors age 13 and older to provide, voluntarily, contact information such as: name, gender, birth date, address, city, state country, zip code and e-mail address.

Enrollment - 12 and Under:
When a child age 12 or under applies for membership (registers) for WhuddleWorld.com we request a parental or guardian email is provided during the registration process. We collect a limited set of personally identifiable information: email address, city, state, zip and country, and birth date, and send notification to the parental or guardian email provided, informing them of their child's registration with our site. In addition, our registration process also asks for voluntary information such as 'Favorite Color', 'Favorite Genre of Music', 'Favorite Sport', etc. A parent or guardian may, from a link within this email, immediately request that we cancel their child's enrollment and remove all information collected from our databases. This link remains valid for seven (7) days.

We also provide a link to our 'Parental/Guardian Consent Form' in our email to the parent. This form must be printed out, filled in and faxed to us at 1-866-483-7313, or sent to us via postal mail at the address listed below under the header 'Contact Information', for the child's information to be retained in our databases, and to allow a child age 12 or under access to many areas of WhuddleWorld.com; specifically those that involve direct interaction with other members of the WhuddleWorld community, such as our message forms, instant messaging, contests, and any 3rd party activities involving disclosure of information. The 'Parental/Guardian Consent Form' may be faxed or mailed to us at any time.

If we do not receive a 'Parental/Guardian Consent Form', the only personally identifiable information we retain in our records for a child age 12 or under, is their email and the email of their parent or guardian. This information is used SOLELY for the purposes of maintaining and updating our site and will never be given out, sold or disclosed in any fashion, or for any other purpose, without the express consent of a parent or guardian.

In addition, a parent or guardian may request access to the information collected on their child, or that his/her child's information be removed completely from our records, including the child's email at any time. This can be done by using our online 'Contact Form' or by sending a written request to:

For the security and safety purposes of the child, we reserve the right to request verifiable proof of identify from the parent or guardian before releasing such information.

Use of Information

Any information provided will be held in the strictest confidence and we will not and do not collect any personal information unless you specifically and knowingly provide it to us. We do not sell, disclose or distribute any specific personal information about our members or visitors to any third parties. All information provided will be used to help us provide a unique and entertaining experience to our members.

Sometimes it is necessary for contractors and third-party service providers to access databases containing personally identifiable user information in order to provide services to WhuddleWorld. WhuddleWorld endeavors to ensure that such contractors and service providers are not permitted to use or disclose such information except for the purpose of providing services to WhuddleWorld. In addition, WhuddleWorld may disclose personally identifiable user information to others when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the requirements of the law or a legal process served on us; (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements; or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of WhuddleWorld, our members, or others.

Third-Party
In addition, we also offer contests, promotions and opt-in surveys from time to time. Participation in these events, and our opt-in newsletters, is strictly voluntary. Participation in these types of events is not required, to participate in the whole of WhuddleWorld. Similar events may be offered on WhuddleWorld by third-party affiliates or sponsors, and while we take every precaution possible to ensure that those providing content on or from WhuddleWorld are in keeping with our standards and Privacy Policy, we are not responsible for their individual privacy practices. Data provided to third parties and sponsors of WhuddleWorld.com is only disseminated in the form of aggregate statistics, such as total number of people visiting our site, visiting certain pages of our site, or number of times members or visitors have clicked on an advertisement provided by a sponsor.
